New! Coffee Chats with a Transfer Counselor

Join a UB transfer admissions counselor for a one-on-one coffee chat at a local café near you. In these 30-minute sessions, you'll get personalized answers to your questions about transferring to UB, from credits and majors to campus life and more.

Appointments are available across New York State this spring. Choose a location below to review available appointments and register for the one that works best for you!

Transfer Information Sessions

On-Campus Visits and Tours

Join us for an in-person visit and walking tour of North Campus or a South Campus walking tour. Registration is required.

Interested in bringing a group of 10 or more students to tour UB? Submit a Special Group Visit request form.

Virtual Event: Military-Connected Admissions Information Sessions

Learn about UB's resources and support for military-connected students at our Military-Connected Admissions Information Session. This event is for veterans, active-duty service members, and military family members interested in applying to UB. We'll provide key information about transitioning to college, utilizing benefits and accessing campus services. Choose an in-person or virtual session that fits your schedule!

Meet One-on-One with Admissions

Connect with an admissions counselor or enrollment services advisor during a 20-minute one-on-one video or phone appointment. Our admissions counselors and enrollment services advisors can answer questions about the first-year admissions process and general questions about the university. Admissions counselors and enrollment services advisors cannot assist with registering for classes.
