We are no longer accepting applications for those who wish to enroll as freshmen for the fall 2008 semester. Please call us at 1-888-UB-ADMIT to discuss other enrollment options.

If you would prefer to apply by mail, you can download an application as a PDF file, print it out and mail it in:
