Linguistics Minor
*Not a baccalaureate degree program
The Linguistics Minor provides a solid foundation in the core areas of linguistics. Its required courses cover the breadth of the field, and electives in the minor give the student an opportunity to explore topics in linguistics of special interest to them. The minor is especially well suited for students majoring in a foreign language, Communication, or Computer Science and Engineering as a way to demonstrate extra depth in their training in the structure and use of language.
