More than 7,000 UB students choose to live in our residence halls and on-campus apartments. It’s easy to see why: Living on campus is safe, convenient and fun. With classes, dining halls and support services close by, everything you need is just a short walk or shuttle ride away.

UB offers housing for students with similar interests, including areas for freshman, transfer, international, graduate and nontraditional students (age 25 and over), and for students in such interest areas as architecture, Honors, engineering, management, prehealth and the Academies.

And at UB, learning isn’t limited to the classroom. First-year students have the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between academics and living on campus in our Living Learning Communities:
