FAFSA dates and deadlines
FAFSA is available on the Web before it is in print, so don't hesitate to fill out the FAFSA even if you have not yet applied to UB. By completing the FAFSA as soon as possible you will know your financial aid status if you choose to attend UB at a later date.

| First day to file the FAFSA (Free Applications for Federal Student Aid) for the upcoming academic year. | January 1, 2008 |
| Recommended deadline for submission of the FAFSA for the upcoming academic year. (File by February 1 to be considered for the best possible scholarship aid package.) | March 1, 2008 |
| Begin mailing financial aid award notices to freshman for the upcoming academic year. | March 1, 2008 |
