Although I am a lifelong resident of Buffalo, I have spent the last six years in Erie, Penn., completing my BA in strategic communication and MS in organizational leadership at Mercyhurst University. Throughout my time in school I was actively involved in a variety of campus activities that sparked my interest in working in higher education.
Growing up in Buffalo, UB football and basketball games were always a regular family activity. When I made the decision to move home, UB seemed like the ideal place for me to continue my career in higher education.
I am having fun re-discovering my hometown, and I love trying out some of Buffalo’s great restaurants or visiting the Albright-Knox art gallery. When I’m not enjoying some of Buffalo’s excellent shows, food or great shopping, I can usually be found in the kitchen. I am an avid baker, and I hope to someday open my own cupcake shop. Come see for yourself some of the “hidden gems” that Buffalo has to offer!
