Special Instructions for Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Students

UB Students on Campus

Students enrolled in the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) will be billed for their tuition and housing deposits at a later date, and do not have to pay these charges at this time. However, EOP students who plan to attend UB must submit the Intent to Enroll Form. EOP students must also submit a Residence Hall Application if planning to live on campus.

Intent to Enroll

As of May 1, 2008, UB is no longer accepting Intent to Enroll forms for new freshmen.

Transfer students can complete the EOP Intent to Enroll form online or by mail. Note: If you submit the Intent to Enroll form online, you do not have to return the form that was sent with your acceptance letter. If you prefer to mail your Intent to Enroll form and need another copy, click here.

Housing Application

EOP students who plan to live on campus must complete a Residence Hall Application and a Housing Deposit Deferment Card. The housing application can be completed online or by mail. If you prefer to mail your application, contact the Residential Operations Office at (866) 285-8806 or ub-reshalls@urh.buffalo.edu to request a form. Housing Deposit Deferment Cards can only be completed by mail. Please use the form that was mailed with your acceptance materials. Note: Housing assignments will be made upon receipt of the EOP Intent to Enroll form, the Housing Deposit Deferment Card and the housing application. Assignments are made once all components have been completed, using the date of the last received item.)

If you have any questions regarding fall enrollment, please contact the Office of Admissions at 1-888-UB-ADMIT.
