Special Instructions for Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Students

UB Students on Campus

Students enrolled in the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) will be billed for their tuition and housing deposits at a later date, and do not have to pay these charges at this time. However, EOP students who plan to attend UB must submit the Intent to Enroll Form. EOP students must also submit a Residence Hall Housing Deposit Deferment Card if planning to live on campus. Both the Intent to Enroll Form and Residence Hall Housing Deposit Deferment Card must be submitted no later than December 1, 2009.

Intent to Enroll

Students can complete the EOP Intent to Enroll form online or by mail. Note: If you submit the Intent to Enroll form online, you do not have to return the form that was sent with your acceptance letter. If you prefer to mail your Intent to Enroll form and need another copy, click here.

Housing Application

EOP students who plan to live on campus must complete a Residence Hall Housing Deposit Deferment Card. These cards are issued by the EOP office and are included with your acceptance materials. Please send the Residence Hall Housing Deposit Deferment Card to the Residential Operations Office. Housing assignments will be made upon receipt of the EOP Intent to Enroll form (in the Admissions Office) and the Housing Deposit Deferment Card (in the Residential Operations Office), using the date of the last received item.

If you have any questions regarding enrollment, please contact the Office of Admissions at 1-888-UB-ADMIT.
